Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that:

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

  • A brief description of the problem.

Eligible cases will be reviewed, and we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products damaged through misuse or improper handling.

  • Personalised or custom-made products.

  • Products specifically marked as non-returnable before purchase.

This does not affect your legal rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund decision.

Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on your payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

If a return is necessary because we supplied a damaged, defective or incorrect product, VELORÉ will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.

For other eligible returns, any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated before the return is arranged.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped may not be cancellable, but eligible returns can still be requested under this policy.
